These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at voxhuman.shop (the "Site"), operated by VOXHUMAN ("VOXHUMAN," "we," "our," or "us"), and your purchase of any apparel or other products sold through the Site (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms, to make a purchase. You may only use the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Products may not be purchased for resale.

However, we do not guarantee that your device's display of colors will be accurate, and actual Products may vary slightly from images shown on the Site. All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD). By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, and to issue a refund for any order we cancel.

5. Shipping

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, unless otherwise stated on our Why VOXHUMAN page or at checkout. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page.

All content on the Site, including the VOXHUMAN name, logo, graphics, designs, and product artwork, is the property of VOXHUMAN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
